Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile) drive from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile) drive away. The open floor plan on the first floor allows everyone to gather together with views of the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to cook an elaborated meal or a mid-day snack. There are two fridge/freezer combos included in the kitchen. The formal wooden dining table offers seating for 14 and additional seating for 6 by the kitchen bar. The living room area comes with plenty of comfortable seating in front of a large TV for everyone to relax and watch their favorite TV show/game after a long day at the parks. The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45. Max of 5 cars per address Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
