Additionally, the pool will be closed for resurfacing starting on September 9th, with work expected to finish by September 30th. While beach access, parking, and other amenities will remain available, you may notice some construction activity throughout your stay due to these projects. Unit 503 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counter tops along with a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Located on the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.
