The following link will lead you to a packet containing various ordinances, enforceable fines, and beach protocols that must be followed by all residents and visitors. Non-compliance may be punishable by fines up to $1000 and/or jail time: https://dandes.egnyte.com/dl/TmtvAq6yZw Use this link ( https://dandes.egnyte.com/dl/4ILoRyyRH2 ) to peruse my local recommendations. Have a blast in 30A! The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards. Exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and stay informed about weather conditions. Update the 30a Seascapes team regarding any concerning developments in a timely manner. If you notice any safety concerns, please report them immediately. If traveling with children, elderly, or those with special needs, inform us in advance so that we have ample time to provide additional resources or recommendations. Read our shipping policy here: https://dandes.egnyte.com/dl/gjj0yMx7ut Beach accessories (for instance, chairs, umbrellas, and towels) should, if desired, be brought by the guest or rented from a local merchant. From March 1st through September 30th, we are regrettably unable to accommodate late check-outs, early check-ins, or luggage drop-offs prior to 4pm due to high demand/turnover. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. For the safety of everyone, throwing objects from balconies is strictly prohibited and is a serious violation of Florida law (Florida Statute § 790.161). Anyone caught throwing items from a balcony will be required to leave the property immediately—no exceptions. If you witness this behavior, please report it to property management right away. Thank you for helping us keep the community safe and enjoyable for all! Please bag all trash and place it in designated bins. Do not dispose of combustible items, coals, or cigarettes in dumpsters or trash bins. Proper trash disposal helps prevent fires and keeps the community safe. If you notice water leaking from any area (such as sinks, toilets, showers, or ceilings), please report it to 30a Seascapes immediately. If the leak appears to be causing significant pooling and it’s safe to do so, we encourage you to turn off the nearest water valve and use towels or a bucket to help contain the leak until maintenance arrives. Please avoid touching any electrical outlets or switches if water is present nearby.
