About the Vacation Rental Unit: This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 2½ bathroom Bedroom 1 – King bed – Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2 – Bunkbeds – twin top and double size on bottom – Sleeps 3 Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, one with a standalone shower and one with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom features a private balcony entrance so you can greet the day. You'll find it easy to relax in this cheerful home close to both town and the beach. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and helpful cooking tools. We have a Keurig coffee machine; for old fashioned drip, look in the cabinet. Enjoy meals in the eat-in dining area or at the breakfast bar. If cooking isn't on the menu, walk to Cafe 30A and many local restaurants or bike to Seaside and Watercolor. All TVs are smart TVs for streaming services.
