Exceeding occupancy limits will result in immediate cancellation and removal with no refund. We have a strict check in/out policy. Any deviation from stated check-in/out times will result in a $50 per hour charge unless previously agreed upon in writing. There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows.
