This vacation rental features: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms Primary Bedroom (Main Floor) - 1 King Bed, sleeps 2, with ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower) 2nd Bedroom (Main Floor) - 1 Queen Bed, sleeps 2 3rd Bedroom (Second Floor) - 2 Twin Beds, sleeps 2 4th Bedroom (Second Floor) - 1 Twin Bed with Twin Trundle, sleeps 2 Each bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) About the Community/Property: This community’s amenities include a large pool, fitness center, shuffleboard, and a putting green. Two gated entrances to the community offer ease of access to 30A or County Road 83, where you can access the beach or Highway 98. The Village of Blue Mountain beach is a 2-minute walk to all the new retail space along 30A which includes Love Salon, Coffee Shoppe at 30A, and Mimmo's Italian. The best beach access point to go to is called Blue Mountain Regional. Blue Mountain Regional Access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. From Hwy 98 and Hwy 331 head west 1.5 miles then south on Scenic Highway 83 until you cross over Scenic 30A and reach the gulf. Blue Mountain Regional Access is between Grayton Beach to the east and Santa Rosa Beach to the west. Blue Mountain Regional Access is in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. There are quite a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. At this public beach, there are bathrooms, showers and during the season, lifeguards are present. This beach access has parking onsite (and additional street parking is available). The address for this access is 286 Blue Mountain Road. Seach the web for Blue Mountain Regional beach access! Nearby: Blue Mountain Bakery Blue Mountain Beach Creamery Yoga Bar 30A Cowgirl Kitchen Blue Mabel Restaurant and Bar Red Fish Taco Rideit E-Bikes and Paddleboard Rentals Big Daddy’s Bike Shop Parking: The correct entrance is on Highway 30A. Go to the stop light at the end of Highway 83 and turn right on 30A. The entrance is where Mimmo’s restaurant is (not where the white gate is). Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). Pool access: Pool key card is by the front door along with the wrist bands. Wristbands are required to access resort amenities. If lost or missing, a $100 replacement fee per band will be charged to the guest. Golf Carts: There are specific golf cart parking spaces behind the pool . They have charging stations too! Golf carts can’t park in the regular car parking spots unfortunately. The golf cart passes are $50 for a week or less. The HOA will leave a binder on your front porch the day of arrival for you to fill out and make the payment directly to them. It should also have the parking space number assigned.

Have a blast in 30A! The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards.
