This recently built, beautifully furnished home is located in the gated Preserve at Grayton Beach, a serene and private community along 30A. Offering two pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts, a clubhouse, and a private deeded boardwalk to the beach, Bluenose is the perfect coastal retreat. The beach is just a 10-minute walk (4/10 of a mile), and the surrounding Point Washington State Forest features over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails for nature lovers. First Floor: Step inside to find a bright, open floor plan with ten-foot ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The tastefully decorated living room provides comfortable seating and a large TV, while the fully stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with bar seating. The dining area accommodates up to ten and opens onto a screened patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower with dual showerheads, and a walk-in closet. A secondary game room offers additional space to unwind, with a TV, sleeper sofa, and an array of books, games, and toys. Second Floor: Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. One room features a queen bed, while the other includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Golf Cart Policy: If you plan to use a golf cart during your stay, please abide by the following Grayton Beach community regulations, which are strictly enforced to ensure safety. Grayton Beach roads are privately owned, and violations may result in fines up to $800 per week, which will be passed on to the responsible guest: 1. All golf carts must display a registration sticker issued by the HOA. This mandatory sticker must be taped to the windshield – even when the cart is parked in a driveway. 2. Only licensed drivers age 25 or older may operate golf carts within the community—no exceptions. Underage or unlicensed drivers, especially those observed running stop signs or driving recklessly, will be reported and fined. About the Community/Property: The Preserve at Grayton Beach is an ultra-exclusive gated community located directly on Scenic 30A. This neighborhood features custom-built beach-chic homes with state-of-the-art amenities. In one of these meticulously appointed homes, you’ll be surrounded by beauty that is truly one of a kind. The location puts you within walking or biking distance of Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach hotspots — from ice cream to shopping, it’s all nearby! Enjoy 2 community pools (one heated seasonally — the East Pool closes at dusk while the West Pool remains open a little longer), 1 tennis court, 4 brand-new pickleball courts, and a gas grill. West Pool: Located behind the clubhouse near the main entrance. To reach it, head toward the entrance gate and look for the large white clubhouse building. If you happen to rent a golf cart while vacationing in this community, a special parking sticker will need to be taped to the cart's windshield for the entire duration of your stay. If you lose the parking permit, there is a $100 fee to replace. While playing tennis or pickleball, one guest will need to wear a special amenity bracelet. If lost, the replacement fee is $25 (per bracelet). The Preserve at Grayton Beach strictly prohibits parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes/RVs. There will be a $100 per day fine by the HOA that will be imposed for any guest in violation of this rule. From March 1st through September 30th, we are regrettably unable to accommodate late check-outs, early check-ins, or luggage drop-offs prior to 4pm due to high demand/turnover. For the safety of everyone, throwing objects from balconies is strictly prohibited and is a serious violation of Florida law (Florida Statute § 790.161). If the leak appears to be causing significant pooling and it’s safe to do so, we encourage you to turn off the nearest water valve and use towels or a bucket to help contain the leak until maintenance arrives.
