The washer and dryer for this unit are located in an exterior shed, accessible from outside the home. Chairs and umbrellas for the pool are available through Calini Beach Club. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement. The agreement is available to review in our house rules.
