The boys' room immerses kids in the "Mario Kart" games while the girls' room is based on Princess Peach and her castle. The best part is, that both kids' rooms come with their own Nintendo Switch! Teens' bedroom is also a gamer's paradise, inspired by "The Legend of Zelda" games. If avoiding toll roads, it's 45 minutes to Universal Studios, 20 min to Disney, and 1 hour from the MCO airport. The Space This home is specifically designed to excite the little ones into the world of Nintendo while also allowing a relaxing space for families and parents to enjoy. Regal Palms Resort is one of the premier resort communities in the Four Corners area. It comes with a beach-style pool, lazy river, water slide, charcoal grills, playgrounds, hot tubs, on-site restaurant, gym, tiki bar, arcade, and ice cream parlor. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire home and Regal Palms Resort amenities (ie. gym, restaurant, pool, spa, and recreation areas). There is adequate parking for up to three medium-sized cars if two are parked side by side and one behind both. Parking in the street is strictly prohibited and there is enforced towing by the HOA. Other Things to Note Pet Policy We are pet-friendly! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed. Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m. $100 Incidental Deposit Regal Palms Resort requires a refundable $100 incidental deposit at check-in. This deposit is separate from the resort fees, which we cover on your behalf, and is managed entirely by the resort. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided all wristbands are returned and no damage occurs to resort amenities. Parking and Vehicle Rules The driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 mid-sized or smaller vehicles. Please note that 3 large vehicles (such as minivans, SUVs, or trucks) will not fit together. If your vehicles do not fit entirely within the driveway boundaries, they must be moved to the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10.70 per night. To fit 3 cars, you must park two side-by-side at the top of the driveway and the third car sideways (perpendicularly) behind them. No part of the vehicle can hang over the curb into the street or touch the grass. RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome. These must be registered at the front desk for a fee of $10.70 per night ($10 + tax) and parked in the Clubhouse parking lot. The Resort HOA is strict. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times, especially overnight. Failure to display a pass, parking on the grass, or parking in the street will result in fines from the HOA. Vehicles left parked illegally for extended periods are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Security Cameras For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with an exterior video doorbell camera located at the main entrance. The camera records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or disconnecting the camera is prohibited.
