The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Vacation Rental Unit: The home features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, large kitchen island, pantry, covered outdoor space, and approximately 2,035 square feet of living space. Appliances are included. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and the home will also include an in-unit washer and dryer. Please note: This home is fully unfurnished. No beds, bedroom furniture, living room furniture, dining furniture, or other household furnishings are provided. The home is being offered for long-term occupancy rather than as a traditional short-term vacation rental. Furnishings are limited to the arrangements described above, so prospective tenants should plan accordingly when preparing for their stay. Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with space for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.
